Indianapolis-area high school students earned scholarships to help them pursue continuing education.
The $5,000 scholarships from the Ronald McDonald House and USA Funds were awarded to the following Indianapolis area students:
> Ronald McDonald House Charities African-American Future Achievers Breana Smith, Warren Central; Cameron Pate and Monet Jordan, Herron; Chasmine Anderson and Nichelle Whitney, Pike High School; Kaysee Cushenberry, Broad Ripple and James Knight, Fishers.
> Ronald McDonald House Charities Asian Students Increasing Achievement Timothy Cho, Warren Central.
> Ronald McDonald House Charities Hispanic American Commitment to Education Resources Angel Escamilla, Ben Davis.
> Ronald McDonald House Charities Scholars Hannah Springer, Warren Central; Dimitry Raymond, Ben Davis and Elizabeth Daake, Center Grove.
