Woodinville softball standout Madi Schreyer has been named to the Canadian Junior National softball team after a 1 1/2-week tryout.
To make the team Schreyer, who has committed to Stanford, participated in a selection camp in Cloverdale, British Columbia, followed by a week-long camp at Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, B.C.
